    Refund policy

    We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products
    • Items without their original packaging or seal broken
    • Gift cards

    How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@yoracare.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Yoracare.

    Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

    Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@yoracare.com.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@yoracare.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

    Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
